2011 Brooke County Fair Idol September 10, 2011 Contest Rules and Guidelines Age Groups: Under 13 13 - 18 18 and Over Contestants must complete a Brooke County Fair Idol Registration form at the bottom of the page. If under 18 must have consent form signed by parent. A panel of judges will select one winner. Contestants must provide instrumental accompaniment in the form of a Karaoke CD for their performance. One song per contestant and under 3 minutes. All CD's must be labeled with the name of contestant and song selection. All contestants give the Brooke County Fair the right to use name, record voice and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
